Collaborations

Work with us.

Tourism boards, hostels, and travel brands: we only feature what we'd genuinely use. If that works for you, let's talk.

We only feature what we'd actually use.

That sentence costs us money, and we keep it anyway. It's also the reason a recommendation here is worth something — readers have learned that if My Wings My Way says a hostel is worth ₹900 a night, it's worth ₹900 a night.

If that standard works for you, we'd love to talk. Here's exactly how we work, what we charge for, and what we won't do at any price.

Who We Work With

Partnerships That Fit

Tourism boards

Destination campaigns aimed squarely at the Indian outbound traveler — visa reality included, not glossed over.

Hostels & homestays

Honest stay reviews and city guides. We book, we sleep there, we tell readers what the photos left out.

Travel brands

Forex cards, eSIMs, insurance, luggage, booking platforms — products we can test on a real trip, over a real trip's length.

Ed-tech & remote work

Platforms that genuinely help people earn while traveling. Real ramp-up times, real income ranges, no course-selling fantasies.

The non-negotiables

Four things aren't for sale, no matter the budget:

  1. The verdict. You buy our time and our production work. You don't buy the conclusion. If the hostel is bad, the review says the hostel is bad — or, if you'd rather, we don't publish it at all.
  2. Disclosure. Every paid, gifted, or hosted piece is labelled at the top. Readers always know. This is also the law in most places we publish, and it's simply the right thing to do.
  3. Accuracy over polish. If your ₹4,000 tour is really ₹5,200 after fees, the guide says ₹5,200.
  4. No fake urgency. No invented discounts, no manufactured scarcity, no "book before midnight" theatre.

What this buys you: an audience that actually acts on what we publish, because we've never spent their trust on something that didn't deserve it. That's the whole asset. We're not going to sell it off for one campaign.

How to pitch us

Email info@mywingsmyway.in with "Collaboration" in the subject line, and tell us:

  • Who you are and what you're launching or promoting
  • The destination, product, or campaign involved
  • What you'd like from us — and what you're offering
  • Your timeline and rough budget range

We reply to every serious enquiry within a week, including the ones we turn down. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so quickly rather than waste your quarter.

Questions we get a lot

Do you work for free stays or free product?

Sometimes — for genuinely interesting destinations, or where the product is the story. But a free room is not payment for a guaranteed positive review; it's payment for our honest attention. We'll always tell you that up front.

Can we see the piece before it goes live?

Yes. You get a review pass for factual corrections — prices, names, dates, spellings. Opinions and the verdict stay ours. That's the deal, and it's not negotiable.

What if the review would be negative?

We'll tell you before we publish. Usually we simply don't run it, and we'll explain what went wrong — that feedback tends to be more useful to you than the post would have been anyway.

Who exactly is your audience?

Indian travelers planning real trips on real budgets — mid-20s to mid-40s, researching visas, costs, and itineraries before they book. They arrive with a spreadsheet open. They convert because they're already in planning mode.

Do you take link insertions or guest posts?

No paid link drops, no SEO guest posts, no "we noticed your article and have a great resource" emails. Those get deleted unread. Sorry.

Let's talk

Tourism boards, hostels, and travel brands: if honesty is a feature rather than a risk for you, we're probably a good fit.
