• Biometric Exemption for Short Stays: Those traveling to China for short durations are no longer required to submit biometric data. This significant change helps to expedite the processing time.

• Reduced Visa Fees: The cost of obtaining a Chinese visa has been reduced, making it more budget-friendly for Indian tourists. For example, a single-entry visa is now priced at ₹2,900, and a double-entry visa costs ₹4,400. Multiple-entry visas for six months and twelve months or longer are available for ₹5,900 and ₹8,800, respectively. Group visas are also offered at a reduced rate.

• Faster Processing Times: Visa applications are being processed more swiftly, ensuring quicker issuance for both leisure and business travelers.
